About Open Media Vermont
Vermont 'zen Video is the result of a collaborative effort by Vermont's community media centers, access television stations, and citiZENS and DeniZENS from all over the state. This site is merely a portal within which to view noncommercial video with a Vermont focus, that lives on popular video hosting sites like blip.tv, Vimeo and YouTube. Vermont 'zen Video is brought to you by the Vermont Access Network, a non-profit corporation established to promote an interest in the effective operation and advancement of Public, Educational and Government Access centers in the State of Vermont. It is the mission of the Vermont Access Network to further the goals of Vermont's PEG organizations and to foster free speech, interconnectivity and community discourse through the use of current and future communications technologies.
